Advanced Level One

Advanced Level One takes the student into the deeper body mechanics of the Seven Principle Movements Qigong (learned in Level One). The student's conditioning and training in levels two, three and four - in addition to the anatomy instruction - prepares them to truly isolate individual muscles. This training re-educates a person's moving process to become very efficient and powerful.

This level prepares the student for the very complex movements and balance challenges of Levels Five and Six.
